Juliet

Single Mast, Gaff Rigged Sloop w /Bowsprit
A Shoal Draft, Full-Lenght Keel and Clipper Bow

1/2 inch ply Transom bent with straps and clamps.

I have installed a eye-bolt through the stem to winch the boat onto the trailer.

A Mahogany shaft with a square end for the steering.

Have been playing around with changing the pulley setup for the steering.
These pulleys are attached to blocks that are supported under the deck and against
the sides of the Lazarette and blocks on the Transom.  I will use internal turnbuckles
to make any adjustments not the U-bolts through the sides of the Hull.

YES,  it looks like the Rudder in the plans :)  Oak ... nice :)

Yes, I did raise the height of the cabin a little, to 12" total height.

I raised the height of the Lazarette above the deck and changed the Splash Coaming
to extend all the way around the cockpit.  It may look a little modern, but I do like it.

Looks like she will actually float someday soon :)

Well, Juliet is still a long way from launching but,  She's getting closer :)

Below is a sketch of her design.
She is a Weekender II.  I found her at Stevenson's Projects Web site.
